Liesl Laurie scores major US cosmetic deal

Cape Town - Ex Miss South Africa Liesl Laurie has landed a major cosmetic deal.

The endorsement deal with US cosmetic brand Extreme Lashes is reported to be worth over R1m.

Liesl's manager Jarred Doyle announced the news and confirmed that the local beauty is currently in negotiations with the cosmetic brand that will be available in South Africa in September.

The local beauty joins a long list of South African stars who have signed big cosmetic deals.

TV personality Nonhle Thema became the first South African to represent the cosmetic brand Dark and Lovely, replacing Kelly Rowland.

You can't walk through a shopping mall without seeing the gorgeous Bonang Matheba as the face if Revlon.

Let's not forget Nomzamo Mbatha who is a global ambassador for Neutrogena and Jessica Nkosi who collaborated with Clinique, earlier this year.

Liesl will also be hosting her own show on Jacranda FM on Sunday evenings from 20:00 to 00:00. The show is music and lifestyle focused, where Liesl will take her listeners on a journey to her world.
