Cape Town - In a heart-rending conversation with DRUM Tina Dlangwana confirmed that her mother was pronounced dead on Sunday after her body was found at her home in the Eastern Cape .
“The authorities are still busy with the autopsy but all signs indicate that my mom was brutally killed,” she explained. “Her still body was found on Sunday but I only learnt of her passing on Monday.”
“It looks like she was strangled,” the singer stated before elaborating on the harrowing details.
“Her lower body’s intact but her upper body had begun to decompose. Her upper body was rotten and she was also found naked.”
“My mom’s never slept naked,” explained the emotional musician before adding, “I’m going to miss mom, she was my rock and we were very close.”
Funeral preparations are still underway and her mother will be buried at the family graveyard in the Eastern Cape.
