Ntando Duma shows off her trim, toned and healthy beach bod!

Cape Town - There's no denying it, Ntando Duma has a banging body and she just loves to show it off. 

On Tuesday she shared a series of pics of herself in a swimsuit looking fierce AF. We just can't get over those flat abs, sculpted legs and toned arms. Yoh! 

We were instantly motivated to put down our doughnut and do some sit-ups. Erm, where can we get your workout?
