Cape Town - Expresso host Ewan Strydom and his wife Adrienn took to Instagram to show us just how much they're having at the beach.
Ewan posted adorable pics of his kids body boarding - with a little help from dad - and playing in the sand.
"Future surfer in the making!" he wrote on Instagram.
