Johannesburg – We know that pageants these days are about more than just beauty, it’s about brains too. Even so, we still say seeing the magnificent ball gowns the ladies rock on the big night is one of the best parts of the competition.
On Wednesday our very own Miss SA, Ntandoyenkosi Kunene, who will be competing for the Miss World crown, revealed the dress she will be wearing for the competition.
Desinged by JJ Schoeman, the dress is meant to resemble “the rising sun,” taken from the meaning of the word Mpumalanga, the province where Ntando originates from.
The Miss World pageant is set to take place in the USA on 26 November.
