Cape Town - Sbahle ‘The Fitness Bunny’ Mpisane will be joining the celebrity cast of Tropika Island of Treasure season 8.
In this eighth season of the popular campaign and TV show, seven consumers will once again join seven celebrities in paradise and compete for a shared smooth R1 million!
The Juice chatted to the social media star about her strategy going into the competition and getting bikini body ready before heading to the Maldives.

How do you feel about being part of the Tropika Island of Treasure season 8?
I'm so excited but to be honest it's not just a game for me! I'm very competitive and everyday, until we arrive at the island I will be prepping. I love good competitions and I can guarantee this season is going to cater that on a sliver platter. I hope I stay in the competition long enough to experience the water activities and get a bronze tan!
What is your favourite Tropika flavour?
My favorite Tropika drink has always been peach, but after tasting the strawberry flavour I might have to change my answer.
Do you have a specific strategy going into the game?
No I don't, just like how I've never been ready for any of my exams. I can only hope for the best outcome.
What will be your strengths in the competition?
I think I will excel more on physical stuff but after looking at the other contestants, it's going to be quite a challenge! They are in good shape.
Have you changed your diet and exercise routine at all, knowing that you'll be on-screen in a bikini most of the time?
With my hectic school and work schedule I've been getting rather fat. I swim once a week but cardio has been a struggle. I will try my best before we go to the island.
Have you ever been to the Maldives? What are you most looking forward to on the island?
No, I haven't but I was actually planning a trip to go there. It's such a beautiful island and as you all know I'm always traveling to islands every chance I get, so I can enjoy the scenery and have an excuse to be in my bikini unapologetically.
What will you do with the prize money if you win?
First thing that comes to my mind is putting the money towards buying a house, but to be honest I'm most likely to forget it in my savings account and use it towards a better course in future.
