Cape Town – It was revealed on Thursday that local musician Louise Carver’s single with American artist Joe Bermudez, Sunrise, has reached number 3 on the Billboard Dance/Club Play chart.
The song beat out stiff competition from Justin Timberlake, Calvin Harris, Nick Jonas and Ariana Grande.
Louise said the following about the track, in a statement released to the press:
"Joe and I worked on the track Sunrise in Boston and spent many long hours in studio getting it right. Just knowing that people are enjoying it makes us so happy. I love working with Joe because we both are all about the music and the journey it takes us on."
