Sbahle Mpisane on her accident: 'My prospects for survival were very poor'

Johannesburg - Fitness coach Sbahle Mpisane has spoken out about the accident that led to her fighting for her life in hospital in August.

The star, who only recently made a return to social media via her business Instagram account, posted pictures of the mangled BMW she drove on the night of her accident. 

"My prospects for survival were very poor. I had multiple bad injuries and a *** damage. Satan had tried to take me down but in hospital I made a 2weeks journey to heaven before fully being awake. My life depended on everyone's prayers and I'm still thankful, [sic]" she wrote on Instagram. 

In an interview with DRUM in August, Sable's father Sbu Mpisane confirmed that the star's condition was "really bad" after the crash. 

"She is in ICU fighting for her life at St Augustine hospital in Durban," he told the magazine.
