Shekhinah snaps a pic with John Legend

Cape Town - Local singer-songwriter Shekhinah snapped a pic with American musician John Legend during the Durban leg of his Darkness and Light tour.

The local sensation was announced as part of the support acts to open for the Grammy award-winning artist's Durban and Johannesburg shows.

"Thank you for the great opportunity. Thank you to your band for welcoming us and making us feel apart of the team," she captioned the photo on Instagram.

The Suited hitmaker also expressed her disappointment that she isn't able to perform in Cape Town: "We are so upset we won't be at the Cape Town show."
