Thapelo Mokoena and Nambitha Mpumlwana take a trip to the future in new podcast series

Cape Town – TV star Nambitha Mpumlwana will star as the world’s first 200-year-old in Sanlam’s ground-breaking new future-facing podcast series, The 200 Year Old.  

Mpumlwana plays the voice of Lesedi, with well-known actor Thapelo Mokoena taking on the role of her great, great, great, great, great grandson, Sam.  

The celebrity cast take listeners to the year 2218 to explore the world of the future like never before and tackle some of the biggest questions about what it means to plan a future for that long, based on current science and future forecasts by leading experts.  

Completing the cast is Generations and League of Glorys tar Stephen Jennings, Those Who Can’t actress Robyn Scott, Intersexions’ Zola Nombona, Safe House’s Lynita Crofford, child actress Tanaka Gava, and voice artist Shiba Melissa.
