WATCH: Cassper Nyovest has a close call with fire on stage

Johannesburg – You know what they say about playing with fire, right?

And now rapper Cassper Nyovest does too. The star escaped, it seems, with just a few singed hairs from his beard when he stepped too close to a pyrotechnics fire display on stage at the Channel O 20th birthday celebration on Saturday. 

A clip posted to social media shows Cassper performing on stage when he accidently walks into the path of the flame. The rapper is then seen touching his beard to assess the damage. But, like a true star, he keeps performing.
