Cape Town - Local rapper, Cassper Nyovest live streamed his 2-hour gym workout on Facebook and things got sweaty.
In preparation for his next big event, Fill Up Orlando Stadium, Cassper has been pumping some iron in the gym. And he has decided to live stream his efforts on Facebook.
"Every morning 9am during the week I will be doing a live stream on Facebook from the gym. Do tune in for motivation and see me prepare to make history, (sic)" he wrote on Facebook.
He starts off the video with some words of #fitspiration, "Honestly sometimes I don't feel like waking up, because it's so flippen painful. But I do it, because I know what I want."
He usually hits the gym at 09:00 and then works out for at least an hour. "I've already lost 5kg," he went on to say. He kicked off his workout with a 4km run and then it was off to the weights.
