WATCH: Charlamagne boasts about Bonang's success: 'You go to her gram, she is living!'

Johannesburg – First he gave a shout out to Cassper Nyovest for his Global Citizen performance, and now US personality Charlamagne is bragging about Bonang. 

The radio presenter was a guest on the Brilliant Idiots podcast talking about a range of topics when the conversation turned to where they would live in the world if not in the US.  

Charlamagne was quick to point out how much he loved Johannesburg, saying: "We were outside Nelson Mandela Square mall, we were eating outside, I'm like, 'this shit feel like LA'. That shit was cool as fuck."  

Making his case about why Joburg would be a great place to live in, Charlamagne used Bonang as an example, saying that the local star is "balling".  

"Bonang is like the, I don't want to say Kim Kardashian, but she got like her own reality show, she got her own champagne, she's on the cover of all the magazines in Africa, the GQs and the Vogues and all that. You go to her gram, she is living!" he bragged.
