Cape Town – There is very little that Mi Casa lead singer J’Something cannot do.
He cooks, dances, speaks multiple languages and is now showcasing his stripped down musical chops with a video posted to his Instagram.
The house music megastar covered young rapper Nasty C’s hit song Hell Naw.
For his version of the hit J slows the tempo down and plays the melody on an acoustic guitar with vocals that are so on point that we would buy the single if it was available for sale on iTunes.
The soulful singer wrote this the caption underneath the post:
“This is my tribute to @nasty_csa and his song #HellNaw as part of my youth day celebrations... Lyrics below: Am I ever gonna quit - Hell No - Will I dumb it down a bit - Hell No - Am I running with this shit - You dam right I am I bring the levels to this game - you know I'm right my sister - Ever gonna quit - Hell No - Will I dumb it down a bit - Hell No - am I running with this shit - you dam right I bring the levels to this game...
