WATCH: Pearl surprises her daughter in the cutest way

Cape Town - TV personality, Pearl Thusi - who is currently working in the US - surprised her daughter, Thando, with a spontaneous visit.

In the video, Pearl is seen arriving at her home in Johannesburg. When her unsuspecting daughter opens the door, Thando immediately bursts into tears seeing her mother standing right in front of her.

When Pearl asks Thando why she is crying, she replies, "I missed you."

And hearts melt everywhere!

"It's moments like this in life that make all the difference. These moments make you a better person," Pearl wrote on Instagram.

I would like every mom out there to see this and know, understand, have no doubt that you worth more than you understand to someone out there. That you a source of tears of joy. And your absence is felt beyond words. To all the mothers, and fathers, making incredible sacrifices to provide and make a difference. As much as this breaks my heart it also makes me realise how much harder I have to work to make this worth it for the sacrifice my child is making unknowingly. I'm so proud of how strong she has been. So proud. ??
