WATCH: We follow Chris Jaftha around for a day!

Johannesburg – We followed TV personality, Chris Jaftha, around for the day and here’s everything that we got up to. 

The Juice met with the Top Billing presenter at 08:30 at for his first appointment at UJFM. He smiled as he greeted us, and turned down handshakes to give hugs instead. 

It was later on that day at breakfast that he made the confession – he only managed to squeeze in three hours of sleep the night before. Honestly, we couldn’t tell. Mainly because the smile on his face never wore out. Not only with us, but every single person he came across. 

Our time with Christopher Jaftha took us all around Johannesburg. We had breakfast (a delectable omelette oozing with cheese), a quick cup of coffee at Melrose Arch, a trip to the barber, and did a little shopping. 

We tried to fit in a gym session, sorry ladies! 

Although this is where our journey with Chris ended, he couldn’t call it a night just yet. Chris still had to attend a casting and head off to rehearsals for his on-stage production, West Side Story. 

Besides his good looks, we couldn’t help but admire his humility. But more than that, we couldn’t help but wonder how he still looked so fresh after such a busy schedule. 

Seriously, Chris, what’s your secret?
