Johannesburg – We’re super excited about the release of Mathew Gold’s new self-titled album, and his track Magnetic Field.

So much so that we decided to have a chat with the Cape Town-based muso. And while we took the time to talk about his music, we also asked a few extremely important questions – you know, like about the contents of his fridge.

Seeing people smile when I play guitar.

I’m generally cool with most questions, but when people ask me if I’m another artist.

Croissants, milk and guacamole.

4. What’s your hidden talent?

My hidden talent is that I can beatbox. And I can tap dance.

I won a boat cruise.
