Nonhle Thema: Stop putting unnecessary pressure on yourself

Johannesburg- Nonhle Thema has some advice for her celeb pals. 

Taking to Twitter, the actress shared a piece of her mind about celebs who apparently always want to be "superior." 

It's not clear what prompted Nonhle's rant, but it seems like it's coming from a place of concern. 

Nonhle believes that when celebs start lying about accomplishments it's "a sign for help." 

And, who better to dish out advice than Nonhle?
