Johannesburg - Fear not, weave-wearing woman! Criselda Kananda is here to save you from bra Hugh!
Yesterday The Juice reported how Hugh Masekela was accused of requesting extra security to stop him fake-haired woman from coming near him - a claim he denies (read more about that here).
Well, it seems bra Hugh's stance on women and their hair doesn't sit well with some of the ladies in the entertainment industry.
In fact, well known Metro FM presenter and activist, Criselda Kananda was so upset by it, that she even wrote him an open letter.
"Dear Bra Hugh Masekela, I believe your hate for weave has reached disturbing proportions. Kindly note that as a woman who #UnconditionallyLoves and #respects #Self #Imbokodo #QueenOfMySoul #ImNotMyHair," she wrote next to a picture of herself wearing a variety of different 'dos
But Bra Hugh has found an unlikely ally in his battle against the weave - the controversial Ntsiki Mazwai.
All the weave women trying to villify Hugh Masekela coz they don't wanna face the truth. IT IS NOT YOUR HAIR SISTA! Y must Hugh lie?
