Omuhle Gela on launching a swimwear range: "I'm nervous and excited"

At just 24-years-old, Omuhle Gela rose to stardom on the hit soapie Muvhango, is on Zabalaza, has a feature film in the making and launches her own online swimwear store this Thursday.  Talk about being an ambitious young woman who knows where she's headed!

Omuhle told  The Juice that she's incredibly nervous, yet excited about her online store going live on 20 November. "My range, Twenty Swimwear is for women of all ages and sizes. With summer just around the corner, I wanted to create a swimwear range that women feel sexy and comfortable in," she explained.

Omuhle added that she first started talking about creating her own range at the beginning of this year, and since then it's been a long, challenging and rewarding journey.

"I've always had an artistic side and love sketching so that's how the idea for a swimwear line was born," she added.

Omuhle says that even though she loves fashion and being on-trend, her first love will always be acting. "One day I'd like to open my fashion label and boutique store but acting will always be my first passion," she added.
