Its no secret that Pam Andrews has a banging body.
But the singer and actress works hard to keep herself in shape.
Pam posted some snaps of her working out at the gym. And, damn does she work out a sweat.
"My best time of day.. just me .. my mind .. & my body," she wrote on Instagram.
The best part about working out, according to Pam, is that she's able to eat all her favourite meals like hot wings.
