Production on DJ Sbu's MoFaya halted

Cape Town – After it was discovered that DJ Sbu's Mofaya is not SABS approved and that the stamp on the drink is fake, Sbu says that production of the energy drink is on hold.

But he made sure to let his opinion on the matter be known.

The entrepreneur, who lets nothing get in the way of his campaign to take over Africa with his energy drink, is hitting back at those hating on him.

In his latest Instagram post the entrepreneur says, "SABS and NRCS are highly reputable bodies in the country which we respect and honour. We are currently in communication, co-orperating with the authorities behind the scenes working very hard to rectify the current error. We have currently put all MoFaya production schedules on hold until the matter has been resolved."

At least someone has some sort of understanding on the official processes. SABS and NRCS are highly reputable bodies in the country which we respect and honor. We are currently in communication co-orperating with the authorities behind the scenes working very hard to rectify the current error. The SABS and NRCS are there to make sure companies adhere to their strict standards of protecting the South African public at large. We have currently put all MoFaya production schedules on hold until the matter has been resolved. An official statement will then follow from our CEO Mr Simphiwe Magubane ( @zulu_billionz ) on how we proceed as a young South African start up company that is making serious strides in the FMCG sector(refer to article on forbes.com) We remain the fastest growing Beverage Brand in Africa and all that wouldn't be possible if it wasn't for your support. We thank you for standing behind MoFaya through this entire learning curve for all of us. Remember that we have entered a territory many entrepreneurs and business people haven't explored. We are aware that we are against GOLIATHS of the industry and our approach is to learn from them while taking advantage of the niche they have left open in the market. We are going to become a formidable player in the market and our success is entirely dependant on your support. If you shoot us down you're shooting yourself down. We aim to start pouring in some of our profits towards education, advancement of entrepreneurship in the country and we aim to create as many jobs as possible. We are willing to die for the cause and can only rise through your support. We currently have created 33 young entrepreneurs who are responsible for you seeing our brand in most townships. That is practical change. The longer we are out of production the more the potential some might go back to unemployment. Thank you for making us the current most talked about energy drink brand in SA with R00.00 budget. Black child its possible. #SocialEntrepreneurship #AfricaRising #AfricaLeads #EconomicFreedomInOurLifetime #MoEnergy #MoJobs #MoEntrepreneurs #MoEducation #MoEconomicGrowth
