Johannesburg - Hip hop fans, relax! There's no beef between Tumi Molekane and Reason.
Reason gave fans a heart attack recently, when on his latest freestyle, The Realest Ever, Reason claimed that he and Tumi haven't been seeing eye-to-eye in a while.
This naturally had fans speculating that there may be real beef between the two legendary rappers, but Reason tells us that there's no need to worry.
"On the Realest Verse Ever, I mention that me and him haven't spoken still. We have some issues. It was pretty much just a record label/an artist disagreement that created a bit of distance and tension between us," he says. "It's a professional thing, but on a personal level we still talk and still hang out. We're resolving things, we're okay."
"It definitely wasn't beef. It's just we haven't vibed in a while. He was working on his new album, and I was working on my career."
In fact, the pair are so intent on mending their fences, that they even called each other to discuss.
