Rebecca Malope: "It's also time to reflect on one's life"

Gospel singer Rebecca Malope told Drum magazine that she spends the festive season reflecting on her life.

Rebecca explained that as much as it's a time to enjoy with family and friends, it's important to reflect on the year gone past.

"Besides Christmas being the time to enjoy Jesus Christ's birthday, I feel it's a time to reflect, rest and re-evaluate certain things in one's life," she said.

Rebbecca also dismissed rumours that she hasnt married her fiance of six years due to trust issues. "Themba and I are happily engaged. We're not young anymore so we're taking our time," she added.
