Rebecca Malope's biopic out soon

Rebecca Malope's life story will be on a screen near you very soon. The film, titled The Life and Times of Rebecca Malope, will reveal details of her childhood and her road to stardom and will be launched  in Mpumalanga.

The Life and Times of Rebecca Malope was directed by Chicco Twala, who has played a big role in Rebecca's career. He told Sunday Sun: "I respect her for what she has done and is still doing. The movie is great and will add to Mzansi's legend."

A source told the paper that some of the scenes go back to Rebecca's abusive relationship with her father and her reunion with her mother. Another one said: "The movie reflects her upbringing and most importantly, her rise to fame."

We definitely can't wait to see it!
