Reports - Bafana star breaks young hearts

Johannesburg - Bafana Bafana and Wits University striker, Sibusiso Vilakazi,is used to leaving fans happy with his goals. But apparently all his young fans in Meadowlands, Soweto felt was sadness after meeting their hero recently.

Sibusiso appeared, alongside the likes of Moneeb Josephs and Dillion Sheppard, at the football tournament in Zone 9, Soweto where fans came to cheer their heroes on.

So, when Sibusiso's fans got a chance to meet their idols, all they wanted was to greet and take pictures with him. But he allegedly pushed them away and refused to acknowledge them as he left.

The boys were left in tears at the star's snub and according to Sunday Sun cried all the way home.

"He basically left the boys with egg on their faces and they cried all the way home," says angry father and coach, Mazwai Ngonyama. "Maybe he's forgotten that he once was young and played on these grounds too," he added.

Sibusiso has not responded to the reports, but we figure he might have a few less fans cheering him on in the next match...
