Reports: Gig bosses want Solly to #PayBackTheMoney

Johannesburg - It seems like Solly Moholo might have to get a second job, after reports that gospel show bosses want him to pay back their money for not showing up to their gig.

According to Daily Sun, music promoter Zuko Jonas from M&M Music Productions, paid Solly R35 000 to perform at an event over the weekend, but the popular gospel singer didn't show up!

Zuko told the paper he doesn't know why Solly didn't pitch, but Solly’s manager, Steve Masombuka, told the paper his client wasn't paid enough.

"The money Zuko paid wasn’t enough once the R19 000 for plane tickets was deducted," Steve apparently told the paper.

Zuko has rubbished this, saying Solly's team told him that they would be driving down, not flying, and he now wants baba Solly to give back his money.

A demand that Solly's team say they will "try" to honour.

Now, if only it was that easy in parliament?
