Johannesburg- Muvhango actor and Strictly Come Dancing contestant Nkuli Tshirumbula was reportedly treated for exhaustion recently.
This is according to Sunday World, who are reporting that the actor had to be taken to a medical facility shortly before the show went live two weeks ago, after he felt dizzy.
However, Nkuli has downplayed the situation saying that it was an allergic reaction to the make-up being used that caused him to feel faint.
"Ag man, it was just an allergic reaction. I was on antibiotics because of an eye infection. It was exacerbated by the make-up that was being applied, the heat and all that was happening around me. Then my blood started acting up. I almost fainted," he explained to the paper.
Nkuli added that even though things can get hectic, it is part of the job and comes with the territory.
