SA movie gets prestigious award

Four Corners has made South Africa proud after scooping the Best Film Award at the Niagara Film Festival (NIFF). The thriller, which won in the feature film category, competed against 30 other films from Canada and around the world.

According to reports the film's director Ian Gabriel was commended by the NIFF Award committee on bringing the story of an unknown world in the Cape Flats to the attention of the world.
