Savita Mbuli fights FNB lawsuit?

Johannesburg- Vuyo Mbuli's widow, Savita Mbuli has reportedly filed a counter lawsuit against FNB home loans. 

Sunday World is reporting that FNB has filed a lawsuit seeking permission from the courts to attach Vuyo's Houghton Estate mansion, claiming that Savita defaulted on bond payments for five months. 

But Savita has hit back at the bank, challenging them to prove that she owes R10 million as the bond she and Vuyo had does not amount to R10 million. 

Apparently Savita has also denied having any knowledge of a second bond taken on their home, and is only aware of a bond that totals R1 026 000. 

"Being intimidated and bullied by big corporates with huge legal budgets has been the story of my life since the passing of Vuyo," Savita told the paper. 

FNB confirmed that it had taken legal action against Vuyo's widow, but could not comment further as it was before the courts.
