Senzo's family want baby Thingo to be cleansed

Kelly Khumalo and Senzo Meyiwa's daughter has to undergo traditional cleansing or it will affect her health.

This according to Sunday World, who are reporting that the family have revealed that certain rituals need to be performed for the baby.

"There are rituals that need to be done. If they are not done it will affect Thingo's physical and emotional health. But we need Kelly to bring her to us so we can do them for her," family spokesman Jabulile Buthelezi told the paper.

The report also claims that the family is open to helping the singer with the baby, but she needs to reach out to them, as they won't go to her.

This comes hot on the heels of a string of reports, which claimed that the slain soccer star's father had called Kelly a 'township slut' and that the family wanted nothing to do with her.
