After weeks of widespread speculation, Skeem Saam has returned to the 6.30pm slot on SABC1.
This followed the highly-anticipated return of Generations to it's prime-time slot on Monday night. Just last week SABC spokesman Kaizer Kganyago hinted that the youth drama series could even be moved to a prime-time slot on SABC2.
Kaizer told The Juice that the decision was taken to move it back to it's original slot as the broadcaster needed something powerful on during that time to retain audiences.
"We decided to move it back to it's 6.30pm slot because we felt that it didn't achieve what it was intended to in the first place," Kaizer explained.
So there you have it!
