Sonia Booth launches her first book

Sonia Booth's debut book, How to Reinvent Yourself and Stay Relevant, will hit shelves later this month. 

Sonia, who is married to soccer star Matthew Booth  explained to Sowetan that her book aims to teach people to look at themselves as a 'brand.'

"We are all brands and the difference between each and everyone of us is how we package ourselves," she told the paper.

Some of the profits from the book will be donated to The Booth Education and Sports Trust, which she and Matthew founded a few years ago.
