Fresh from making a little girl's dream come true (See how here), Sonia took to Instagram to help some of her other followers deal with their Insta-anxiety.

"Most girls on insta/social media look like they got their lives in-check,they look perfect...so like straight from magazine pages. But guess what we ALL struggle, we ALL cry, we ALL use filter! If you take a page from this mag...no girl is THAT perfect," Sonia told her followers and fans recently.

Still, Sonia says she will give a "high-five" to anyone who is striving for perfection with a positive attitude.
