Stuart Baxter: "Khune is a Chiefs player through and through"

Kaizer Chiefs coach, Stuart Baxter has laughed off rumours that there's a possibility of Itumeleng Khune moving to rival team, Orlando Pirates.

This is according to Daily Sun, who spoke to Stuart amid swirling rumours doing the rounds.

Stuart told the paper that they would be meeting with Itu within the next week to confirm the details of a new deal.

"To me these are just mischievous rumours. It’s kind of crazy but I can’t see Khune leaving Chiefs. He is a Chiefs player through and through," added.

The coach also revealed that  Simphiwe 'Shabba' Tshabalala is set to sign a two-year contract with them and that they were very excited about having him on the team.
