The Parlotones Kahn is in for surgery today

SA’s multi-platinum award winning band The Parlotones were on a roll for their Winter unplugged Tour, touring all around South Africa’s barnyard theatres...Gateway, Parkview, Rivonia, you name it!

But their tour was cut short because Kahn found out that he has a lump on his vocal chords and is going in for surgery to get it removed today.

The Juice went to the one show of the tour and watched the guys perform. We were hoping to speak to the man himself, but he skipped the party early - understandable.

"He has been a bit anxious, looking at the show tonight he had a bit of a wobble here and there but it was a good show" The Parlotones roadie, Josh, told The Juice exclusively. Adding: "when he goes for his surgery he won't be able to talk for quite a long while."

Until he gets his golden voice back, we'll sit back and wait patiently for his recovery.
