This is how Kanye handles "Take your Daughter to Work" days

We've all had those days where plans just don't work out and you gotta take the kids with to the office. It happened to local radio personality Redi Tlhabi on Monday. But she wasn't the only one - hip hop legend Kanye West had to do it too.

Kanye's wifey Kim Kardashian posted an adorable pic of daddy and little North West at work in studio on Monday, captioning the picture "#BringYourDaughterToWorkDay".

The picture, a look into the family's life behind the camera, shows proud daddy Kanye smiling from ear to ear at his baby daughter North, whose looking straight at the camera.

Every time we get a glimpse of little North West we fall more and more in love with her, she just has the cutest face we've ever seen. And with a daddy like Kanye and all that time in studio there's all the chance in the world that she'll one day have the musical talent to match her looks.
