The actress and TV host shared a video of  herself lying in what looks like a very uncomfortable position, while addressing her followers and telling them what she has to endure before the show. The video's accompanied by the caption: "@quintusjansen torcha machanism if any can find @kimj777 please ask her to save #QOB."

In the short clip, Khanyi said she didn't know that dance had to do with her "killing" herself to open up her hips. But look on the bright side, Khanyi, you're doing this for your fans! Now soldier on.
