Tinashe exposes her South African connection

Johannesburg - US superstar Tinashe is more South African than we thought!

The 2 On singer was on Narduwar recently, when she revealed that her dad actually performed with Ladysmith Black Mambazo.

In fact, our Ladysmith Black Mambazo left such a big impression on Tinashe's pops that he even decided to name his child, Thulani, after one of the group's members.

How cool?

Tinashe seems to really love her African roost Her dad is Zimbabwean, and was blown away by the traditional dress. She even hinted that she may be down for wearing some "loin cloth" at her next show.
