Tsotsi's try to scam Bojo's family

Now where have we seen this scam before?

In a similar scam to that after Senzo Meyiwe's death, The Daily Sun is reporting that con artists are already scamming unsuspecting friends and family of Bojo Mujo into giving them money for groceries and funeral arrangements.

According to Bojo's older brother, Sello Lehlake, thugs have been messaging close friends and family from Bojo's number (even though he's phone has been locked away) saying that the family needs financial assistance to make the funeral happen.

“We are very angry as a family,” Sello told the paper, adding, “I don't understand why anyone would want to make money out of such a tragedy. We are grieving and we are in pain, so to have to deal with such things is painful".

Sello says the family are currently working on funeral arrangements for this Saturday in Limpopo and that they do not need help from anyone. “I want to make it clear that we are not struggling and that people must not send anyone any money,” he says.
