Tumi Morake confirms she's leaving OPW

Johannesburg - When Tumi Morake took over from Phumeza Mdabe as host of Our Perfect Wedding, there were mixed opinions.

While people loved Phumeza, she was outspoken about the toll the show took on her family life - long hours and all. So, funny lady Tumi was a breath of fresh air.

But Tumi has now confirmed that her time on the show has also come to an end.

Last night was the last episode of the season and Tumi was lashed with criticism about her weight, her facial expressions and her hair. How mean!

But our fave funny gal took it all in her stride. And soon she was trending on Twitter.

And then there was the announcement that she would not be returning as host because her contract had ended.

While the news may have shocked some, you'll remember that The Juice had previously reported that insiders had told us that Tumi was a diva on set. Not just that, but she had also confirmed what Phumeza had previously said: that the show is a lot of work. (Read that story here)
