Tumi Morake returns as OPW host - but just for 1 season

Johannesburg - Our Perfect Wedding host, Ayanda Mpama confirmed to The Juice on Monday, that this Sunday would be her last as a presenter on the popular TV show.

She downplayed speculation that it was because of the amount of hate she received online, a rumour that has also plagued previous presenters.

Now The Juice can confirm that Tumi Morake will be back in the hot seat, but just for one season. Mzansi Magic say Tumi will be back on air for 13 episodes, before a new season with a new presenter starts airing next year.

This means that OPW has seen three different presenters in as many months. While some critics are hinting at trouble on the show, with a suitable host just not being found, Mzansi has rubbished these claims, saying it is all part of the format. 

Insiders have told us that when Phumeza Mdabe left the show, it was then decided to have a new host for every season. So why bring Tumi back? Well, it's all part of the plan apparently.
