Vannesa Carreira celebrates her "lucky number 7" anniversary in the states

What a lucky lady former Miss SA Vannesa Carreira is. She's off to America to celebrate her wedding anniversary.

Vannesa announced the exciting news on her Instagram last night, posting a pic of herself with tickets to America with the caption "#herewego #anniversary #celebration #luckynumber seven"

Vannesa, who is married to businessman Chris Coutroulis, is best known for winning Miss SA title in 2001 and refusing to partipate in the Miss Universe pageant in Nigeria, after the countries stoning of Amina Lawal. She is a stay-at-home mom to the couples four children, including one-year-old triplets.
