Johannesburg - Back in the day (as in five years ago) footballer Ryan Botha was constantly on our radar in Joburg.
He had just returned from playing football internationally for Finnish side, FC Mypa. Ryan got to play in a few Uefa games before returning home to play for local side, Thanda Royal and Moroka Swallows.
But besides his skills on the field, he was an instant hit because of he good looks and that body.
Ryan then moved to CT and opened up his own gym, Point Break.
So while he carries on his dream of fitness, we can't help but remember his hot body.
He makes sure to remind us of his chiselled abs ALL.THE.TIME.
Ryan shows us how it's done.
He works hard to get that body, waking up early and training in the dark.
He has well-known pals, including rugby player, Francois Hougaard.
