Zahara slams "fake" fans in piracy rant

Johannesburg- Zahara is gatvol of fake fans and piracy!

The award winning songbird is currently working on her third album (read more about her plans for the album here), and seems to be contemplating its release, because she's sent a stern warning to her fans not to pirate her albums.

Zahara launched into a full attack on her Facebook page, saying she has fans who claim to support her, yet only own pirated versions of her music.

"You say you love my music, adore my personality. You have every song in your smartphone, but you don't have an original copy of my albums (you have fake one). Is that love? Is that your love for me? Is your love that much that you don't want me succeed," she wrote.

"Let me tell you something, when you buy piracy of my album, you're simply insulting my work, dedication and sweat."

Some fans may point out that people simply don't have the money to buy original copies of her songs, but Zahara says it's better to not have the album, than to have a pirated copy.

So, maybe she wants us to borrow her albums from a friend?

In that case we'll start a waiting list...
