A dream (team) return on Coke Studio

Johannesburg - Trust Coke Studio to push the boundaries of sound until it all explodes and new genre is created. We've seen it time and time again on the show. And we saw it again this week when DreamTeam, December Streets and DJ Qness took to the Coke Studio.

Here's how it it all went down.

DreamTeam

It seems fans just can't get enough of DreamTeam at the moment. The hip-hop heavyweights returned to Coke Studio this week with a brand new track that proves their versatility.

What we loved most about the fusion:

The Durban crew surprised everyone by taking their music in a new direction, recording a dance-inspired track that promises to be a massive summer hit

Where to get the track: The track is called Sijabulile and you can get it here.

DJ Qness x December Streets

Indie-rockers, December Streets teamed up with DJ Qness and Mosaik to create a fusion that will live long in the memory. The group seemed to gel from the moment they met and each brought their own unique flavour to the rich melting pot that was their fusion. The result was a tasty indie pop-house-rap mix that sounded a lot better than we imagined it would.

What we loved most about the fusion: Besides introducing us to a new sound we never even knew existed, the fusion also put young rapper Mosaik on Mzansi's radar. Watch out for this boy- he's going places.

Where to get the track: The track is called Can You Feel It and you can get it here.
