Johannesburg- It's no secret that AKA isn't shy to share his views with the world.
In fact, the rapper has found himself in hot water on numerous occasions for his controversial opinions.
But it seems like no amount of controversy will deter the rapper from voicing his thoughts. And, rightfully so!
AKA recently took to Twitter, where he shared his views on people in Africa selling themselves short.
He believes that people need to stop believing that an artist is international only when they work with an American artist.
AKA believes that Africa is changing the world.
Love him or hate him, one thing's for sure: AKA makes some valid points here.
"AKA when are you going to do a song with an INTERNATIONAL artist?" ?? WTF is Diamond, Wizkid, Burna etc? ?? LOCAL? Update your IOS please.

Ultimately it's a question of self esteem and inferiority complexes. I CONSIDER MYSELF AN INTERNATIONAL ARTIST. Unlock yourself. ??

They make you think "INTERNATIONAL" means AMERICAN ... Okmalumkoolkat & KO are in Europe right now ... WHAT DOES THAT TELL YOU ABOUT AFRICA?
— AKA (@akaworldwide) November 18, 2015
People will dismiss this as a "rant" because truth is never comfortable. You think so little of yourselves. AFRICA is changing the WORLD ??
