Amanda's gym ethic is all the motivation we need

Johannesburg - Amanda du-Pont works out. Hard. This is a well-known fact. So, when she decided to take some time off in rainy Joburg, and posts a snap of herself in a bikini, we've been motivated all over again.

It's March, and by now all of those resolutions have already fallen down the toilet. But a simple scroll down Amanda's timeline is more than enough to make us re-look that gym contract and decide to give our gym goals another go.
