Big up! Davido signs MASSIVE global record deal

Johannesburg - Watch out world, Davido is coming to take you over!

The Naija star was in the US this week, where he signed a massive global record deal with Sony Music International in New York.

We might not be sold on the whole "1st African artist to sign a global record deal" part, but judging by the swag dripping off the Juice Back Remix rapper, we can tell it was a big occasion.

There has been no word yet on what the deal involves but we sure hope it includes a new album that gets released across the world simultaneously - it could be like the world passport of music!
