Johannesburg - The music industry came to a standstill on Thursday evening for the Metro FM Awards nominations. But while many of the country's biggest talents scored nominations for the prestigious awards, there was no space on the list for rapper, Blaklez.
The rapper got all dressed up in his best suit and even posed for pictures as he arrived at the award's nominations party. But when it became apparent that he had not scored a nod, he took to Twitter to show his disappointment.

After a good night's sleep, Blaklez addressed his heartbroken fans telling them that he's learnt to not expect much from the industry.
"Been cheated out of so much in this industry that I've learnt not to expect much from it except to inspire people with this gift of mine," he tweeted.
